This book, which is the first one I wrote, came out only a few years after I started working at Fäviken. It is as much a document about what the restaurant had achieved to that date as it was a letter of intent explaining what I wanted the place to become over time. The book about Fäviken contains lots of stories about the origins of the dishes featuring on its menu, the people who supply the restaurant, the ideology behind it and those who work there. It was written by myself and Erik Olsson took all of the photos to illustrate the book.
